Honey

We harvest only the surplus honey our bees make, and do not heat or filter it before bottling. The color of the honey depends on the flowers that the nectar was gathered from, and can vary over the course of the season. It is natural for honey to crystallize during the cooler months. Crystalized honey can be gently heated to return to it's liquid form, though it's easier to eat from a spoon when it's slightly solid :)
